Internships
Get lived experience for collage credit or to supplement a course of studyLooking to explore your passions, create your own project, and make an impact?
The Grail offers a 10-week summer internship, of 3-4 hours per week consisting of an independent study project (30 hours) and project specific instruction (10 hours) open to young women in our Summer Crew program. All interns receive a stipend for their time and may also earn school credit.
Interns design and lead a project that grows their own knowledge while supporting The Grail’s mission. They receive guidance, resources, and mentorship, but remain fully responsible for bringing their project from idea to completion. At the end of the program, interns present their work and submit a final report that highlights what they have learned and accomplished.
Internship Applicants will have:
- Been in the Summer Crew Program for at least one year
- Finished at least one year of college at the time of starting the internship
Recent intern projects include:
- 3-rd space game pilot
- Exploring The Grail video game
- Johnson-Su composting
