Cost of registration is $375 for IN-PERSON Shared or VIRTUAL. $625 for IN-PERSON Single Occupancy. A DEPOSIT of $225.00pp is due at registration.

Anyone who needs help with this registration cost can apply for a scholarship up to $150. Any remaining registration fee amount must be paid by Friday, September 19, before the start of the GA.

Participants who need help with travel expenses can request a scholarship toward travel costs up to 50% of those expenses.

The Committee will first process scholarship applications for the registration fees. The Committee will then review any applications for travel expenses.

How much can be awarded for travel will depend upon these factors:

• the number of requests from other participants
• total funds available
• the annual limit to receiving scholarship funds
• legible receipts submitted

Please keep in mind:

• Approved travel scholarships will be reimbursed when the National Office has received applicable travel receipts, Due by SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19 (2 weeks after the GA).
• An application does not mean automatic approval,
• Decisions will be communicated from the Committee to each applicant by SUNDAY, AUGUST 31.
